Psychology Resource Centre (PRC)

SCERT, UT Chandigarh in its endeavour to help the students established Department of Psychology Resource Centre (PRC), which was earlier known as Guidance Resource Centre. The centre is committed to the development of young learners so as to reach out the heights of academic and human elevation. Psychology Resource Centre provides facilities for conducting various psychometric tests to assess the aptitude and interest of the students which further helps the students to acquire attitude, knowledge and skills to take informed career decisions. The centre provides career counselling to a large number of students in the region. Apart from providing career counselling, educational and behavioural counselling is also provided to students. This facility is available free of cost to the students throughout the year.

Students from 8 th to 12 th standard can seek career counselling which requires three simple steps:
Step 1- Registration
Step 2- Aptitude Testing – 2 Sessions
Step 3 – One to One Student Counselling Session along with Parents
